Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy: The company automatically covers its trades based on a calculated exposure. It reserves the right to cancel any trade made outside of this calculation, regardless of type or position. Arbitrage and scalping trading methods are prohibited and will be considered illegal.
Refund Example: If a client has unused funds, they are entitled to a full refund. However, if the client loses funds, no refund will be given, and the company is not responsible. To receive a refund, the client must submit full KYC documents. Once the documents are verified, the refund will be processed and returned to the original deposit method within 7 days, excluding any transfer fees.
